1. What data do we collect?
No personally identifiable information (i.e. name, address, telephone number, email) will be collected unless it is voluntarily submitted to us via a letter or a support request.
Customer Support Correspondence. If you send support requests to us by email, we collect and process the data from your request in order to be able to provide a response. For this purpose, it may also be necessary for you to provide us with information about your end device so that we can process the request and resolve any technical problems that may exist.
We collect this data in order to provide our app to you and to be able to process your request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
You are not required to provide the above voluntary information. In particular, you are free to send the request to us under a pseudonym, without giving your real name.
Payment Information. If you make a purchase in our Services, such as a license to use in-app virtual currency or virtual items in an app you play, our third party payment processor will collect the billing and financial information to process your charges. FGFF does not collect or store your financial information. However, FGFF ‘s payment processors may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, like transaction information, transaction ID, the items purchased and value in order to fulfill your order.
Please note that purchases of third party credits or currencies may also be subject to those parties’ policies.
2. Third Party Advertising and Analytics
We allow advertising on our Services so we can continue to offer many of our Services for free. To do so, we allow third parties (e.g., ad network and ad servers) to serve tailored ads to you on the Services, other sites, and in other applications, and to access their own cookies or tracking technologies on your computer, mobile device, or other device you use to access the Services.. When advertisers or ad networks place ads in our Services, they may collect or we may share with them and with analytics providers the following types of information from our Services:

Please note, if you click on a third party advertisement, you may no longer be on a site hosted by Butcher X or the social network through which you are playing Butcher X apps.
We may also use third-party web analytics services (such as those of Google Analytics) on our website Services to collect and analyze traffic and player activity through cookies and similar tools to improve your experience; engage in auditing, research, or reporting; assist with fraud prevention; and provide certain features to you. Use of the aforementioned advertising networks and the transmission of the data mentioned is based on our legitimate interest in recouping our investments for operation of our app through advertising and the fact that your justified interests are not overriding, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Changes of purpose
Processing of your personal data for purposes other than those described is only done if a legal provision allows this or you have granted your consent to the changed purpose of data processing. In the event of further processing for purposes other than those for which the data was originally collected, we will notify you regarding those other purposes before further processing, and we will provide you with all other information relevant to this.
4. Who can use your private information from our website?
We will not share your personal information outside of Butcher X except in limited circumstances when you allow us to share your personal information with another company, such as:
– Electing to share your personal information with carefully selected companies so that they can send you offers and promotions about their products and services
– Directing us to share your personal information with third-party sites or platforms, such as social networking sites.
Please note that once we share your personal information with another company, the information received by the other company becomes subject to that other company’s privacy practices.

6. Does Butcher X collect personal information from children under 13?
Our websites and games are not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from such children. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us.
Some of our applications may permit in-game purchases, even if the applicable game was free to download. If you are a parent who is concerned about this feature, you may disable the ability to make in-game purchases by selecting the Settings tab for the applicable Applications, and following the necessary prompts to prohibit such purchases

Butcher X implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of your information and is committed to protect customer information. We do not share your personal information except as approved by you.
8. Deletion of your data
We will delete or anonymize your personal information as soon as it is no longer needed for the purposes for which we collected or used it in accordance with the preceding paragraphs. As a rule, we store your personal data as long as you use the site or for the term of any applicable contract, unless the data must be kept longer for legal reasons, for criminal prosecution, or to secure, assert, or enforce legal claims.
If data must be kept for legal reasons, it is blocked. The data is then no longer available for further use.

Such data are disclosed by virtue of our legitimate interest in combating abuse, for prosecuting criminal offenses and for securing, asserting and enforcing claims, and because your rights and your interest in the protection of your personal data do not prevail pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
